Evolução Clinical Services and Consulting Ltd is a company dedicated to providing quality health services within the biopsychosocial* perspective. Our activities comprehend: Assistance, Education (Training) and Consulting.
Our work consists of developing projects and initiatives directed to the industry, to the community and to the individual, based on the concept that health is not the mere absence of disease, but the constant development of the human being to reach their optimal level of functioning, as individuals and as people in constant interaction with the social environment.
All services provided by Evolução focus the promotion and maintenance of wellness within the biopsychosocial perspective. We believe that the main strategy to achieve this is to encourage changes in mentality and culture when it comes to the problems related to the use, abuse (or addiction) of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs. Thus, it is possible to expand our scope of work, when Alcohol and Drugs Related Problems (ADRP) are considered, nowadays, matters of public health and public safety.
Our commitment goes beyond providing assistance to people with addiction disorders. Moreover, it seeks a deeper discussion on ADRP at the workplace. By following those guidelines, we are able to reach and assist a wider range of individuals, the users and the abusers.Thus, actual prevention becomes feasible, once we can foresee potential problems. By doing so, treatment costs reduce tremendously, not to mention absenteeism, delays and sick leave rates, along with other consequences associated with the ADRP.
To develop and to implement a Prevention Program in the industry, bearing in mind a better use of resources, mean:

Evolução is dedicated to providing quality clinical and consulting services to those, individuals or industry, seeking consultation and/or treatment, counseling and guidance, so that they become able to restore appropriate emotional, mental and social development. We offer a multidisciplinary approach to the Alcohol, Drugs and Tobacco Related Problems, within the biopsychosocial perspective. We also provide quality Consulting, Staff Qualification and Training services. We strive to integrate research evidence, clinical expertise and client values into our practice.
